Do not get stuck in Room 5610!!! Right above Gangway 4th floor and noice during ENTIRE cruise 24/7!!! Food was so so. Cagney's was great and Norwegian Star comped our entire meal, gave us a 2nd room to sleep in. Inconvenience walking from room to room!!

Our Room Stewert, Natalia G. Was awesome! Guest Services said nothing they can do with getting another room but then called us back after 3 days of complaining. Yet a couple we met said they were offering him upgrade and he didn't need it. Avoiding NCL.. going back to PrincessEmbarkation
