Review summary

We really enjoyed the cruise. I just wished they would have handled the Specialty Dinning differently. To say there is nothing we are going to do for you was wrong. They told use to show up at 5:35 and we will try to work you in. We did but then was told to come back around 7:00 and we did but still was not able to work use in. They told us the manager would be in touch and he never did. That was the only flaw...

It was easy to make your way through. The one thing that was lacking was when could you actually settle in your room.

DO NOT TAKE THE Specialty Dinning. Waste of time and money. They overbooked and could not accompanied us on any of the specialty dinning restaurants. They gave us several excuses and then within the last couple of days, they said they could not compensate us or do anything for us. This is the whole reason we will not book our next cruise through Norwegian. Everything else was top notch.

The New Year eve party was outstanding. We all really enjoyed it. We did take on the shows and they were ok. With the theater being at the front you could really feel the motion especially on the last night. We did not go in and watch the hypnosis.

You can not beat it. I was worried about feeling the motion of the boat but never really had a problem until the last night. This room and end of the hallway was quite 100% of the time.

Ship tip

I believe we may have lost one passenger the first night out. We also had two medical calls go over the pa system. In Cabo we had three passengers not make it back on the boat. Be prepared.
