Review summary

Definitely recommend cruise. Overpriced in Internet and corkage fees. Ther should be no fees if wine is consumed in cabin as in other cruise lines.

Would be nice to have a meet the captain evening with champagne  as with other cruise lines.

No communication about disembarkation process except newsletter which didn't contain all necessary info for our cabins.

Each to his own. We have sailed Royal Caribbean and found their Windjammer below par in every way. Much prefer Norwegian's Market buffet. Also had the ultimate dining package and ultimate beverage package. Cagney's and La Cucina were excellent.

We were on the Star in April and the ship itself didn't compare to Royal Caribbean or Carnival. The Ultimate dining package was quite good though and the cabin was nice. The Market Place buffet wasn't good either compared to the Windjammer on Royal Caribbean. The ice cream was the best part of the Market Place. There weren't enough deck chairs on any of the decks and the pool area was small. The Noodle Bar was yummy. The restaurant on deck 7 was good too.
