Review summary

Sharon was the best. She was informative, knowledgeable and prompt in her replies to any calls we made to her. If she did not know the answer to weird questions we had, she got them promptly and called us back.

The cabin itself was fine. Plenty of room and very clean. The only REALLY annoying thing was that we were located under a bar and busy artwork display hallway. The noise from above EVERY NIGHT kept waking us up till about 1:00 AM. I complained to the desk daily and on the 4th day they offered to move our 3 room group to various parts of the ship. We did not want to separate so we refused that. They gave us all a $200 per room onboard credit.
