Cruise was good but staff was unwilling to accommodate my disability

Sail Date: December 20, 2015

Reviewed: 10 months ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

Cruise overall was good, however, I have a disability and the room I git was so far away I couldn't walk to ut. The staff refused to change my room or offer any help except renting a wheelchair for almost $200! This was uneceptabke and made my cruise unenjoyable.

Cabin / Stateroom
Cabiin itself was good but location due to my disability was terrible, staff refused to help o tain a room or give me a free wheelchair to use.
