Review summary

Cruise overall was good, however, I have a disability and the room I git was so far away I couldn't walk to ut. The staff refused to change my room or offer any help except renting a wheelchair for almost $200! This was uneceptabke and made my cruise unenjoyable.

I am a flt attendant and it is very easy to take your own chair it normally goes in the hold and we have an onboard chair for use I was merely asking as it would have helped with the enjoyment

I am so sorry the staff was rude to you! I am sailing in a couple of weeks and hope I do not encounter such rudeness. As for the gentleman asking if you have your own wheelchair, that is very difficult to bring with you if you took a plane. I think NCL owes you an apology at the very least
