Review summary

The food could be better, and must of the personnel in restaurants do not speak English well and are not very polite.

We had a bad experience with one waiter in the restaurant one night he was in a very bad mood, really bad time.

Must of the waiters are not very polite, you have to fix this.

The rest is fine

We have sailed many many times on ncl and the staff has been wonderful and bent over backwards to be happy and helpful. Always with a smile!

Many of the personnel on most cruise lines have a primary language other than English. It's very common.

I was on the Star a couple times, bad service both times. I hope you send your comments to NCL and that you got the peoples names.

Sounds like the ship's crew needs to have better customer service. It seems, though that everything else except the food was good.
