Review summary
This cruise was exceptional in many ways: easy check-in, boarding and disembarking; friendly, professional, and attentive staff; exceptionally clean, orderly ship and staterooms; wide range of interesting activities and tours; variety of dining options with delicious menu choices. Only a few suggestions may want to be considered: provide greater detail what items (i.e. bags, water bottles, cameras) passengers are permitted to have prior to each tour; presentations providing an overview of history, customs, key sites, eating, and shopping highlights of each port-of-call (which should re-run on the ship's closed circuit TV) prior to docking; a separate line for passengers requiring special assistance on and off the ship; greater onboard shopping options (including selling reading or video material about each destination). Regardless, of the 5 large ship cruises we have taken, this was the best!

Ship tip
We highly recommend spending the extra money to book a portside (right) balcony cabin in the ship's mid-section for a cruise of this length. The additional stability during rough seas as well as the privacy to sit and enjoy the views of the coastline as you travel is well worth the extra expense.

You mentioned booking a mid-section room in case of rough seas... I'm considering going on the Baltic Sea cruise in September, but I'm very anxious about the possibility of rough seas since I am prone to sea sickness. Did you experience rough seas? And how much of your time was spent in the open sea vs. at port?
