The ship was very nice. It seemed very clean and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and went over and beyond what they needed to do to help us. We were always greeted with a pleasant greeting and a smile. Even though the ship was completely full, it seemed like there was always things to do without a wait.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
I rated this as "good" simply because we found that the food in the speciality (paying) restaurants were MUCH better than the free ones. The Market Cafe really seemed so much like a cafeteria to me and my husband and I couldn't stand to eat there by the week's end. On the other hand, the service and food quality in the specialty restaurants was outstanding!
Entertainment
5 out of 5
I think the shows and other activities was just perfect for the length of the cruise.
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
We were not too thrilled with the kid's club. It was VERY small. The pictures online make it look so big and mention a lot of activities that the kids never did, such as the Wii and computer time. The kid's club was simply a small room with a TON of kids in it. They were usually coloring on the floor or just participating in a game that one of the counselors were playing. I think the club needs to be MUCH larger to accommodate all of those kids and it needs to have more activities and not just playing games in a small room.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Everyone was friendly and always greeted us with a smile and a pleasant greeting. They engaged in conversation with our kids and always had them laughing. I give 5 stars to all of the ship staff. :)

Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Our stateroom was perfect! We had plenty of room. We were on Deck 11 and could hear kids or people running above us occasionally but nothing to terrible. The only complaint we can give is that we were always the last cabin to be made up in the morning and the last to be turned down at night. So, our cabin would not be made up until after noon every day and then it wouldn't be turned down until after 9 p.m. which made it hard with young children who are ready to go to bed earlier. I realize that we could have requested an earlier time but we didn't want to mess up the steward's schedule. Our steward (Sherwin) was SUPER nice.
The best part of this port was taking a tour of the island. We got to have our pictures taken with a monkey which was a lot of fun. We also got to see how people live on the island.
We also took a tour at this port, too. It was very informative. We didn't care for the tender service that took us from the ship to the port. The service was fine but we just prefer to dock instead of dealing with the smaller boat to go in to port.
This was a very small port. We loved the lunch we had at Senor Frog's restaurant. We didn't participate in swimming with the dolphins but that would probably be a great experience.
This was our favorite port because it was so big. We loved how convenient it was to just walk off onto the island. There was a grocery store right there so you could buy snacks and drinks.
