Review summary
Surprisingly the NCL line was not as service oriented as one taken previously. The food was marginal and often cold with fish that was not fresh. Dining options were limited and specialty restaurants were pricey options. There were additional charges for many more activities than I recall on prior NCL cruises several years ago. Cabin service was poor. Room service was slow and the food was poor. There seemed to be a staff shortage in the area where our cotravelers were....they are still waiting for ice as requested on two separate occasions. Were it not for amazing scenery and wonderful excursions it would be a complete waste of money.Ship experiences
