Overall the cruise line did the bare minimum to meet customers' needs. They spent all their time and effort on fee-based services. The $12 per person per day service charge is hefty and was not revealed in booking.

Waited more than 30 mins in the line for Chocolate Buffet. They could have openned up more sections to serve.
