An Amazing Cruz!!!!

Sail Date: March 19, 2011

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

We just returned from the NCL STAR cruise from the Mexican Riviera. Well let us just say AMAZING. From the shows, to the food and the hospitality, even though at times we felt a bit pressured, thought the $12.00 per day per person was a bit high. Would have loved to visit the spa hottub without a charge. The regular restaurants were top notch, wonderful and satifying meals with great selections. We celebrated our 1st anniversary on the STAR and would love to do it again. My husband has been on other cruises and this was my 1st, we had a balcony stateroom, which we loved. We have already been recommending NCL as the way to cruise. We both can't wait to do it again very soon.....Thank you

Pros: Being able to do what you wanted to when you wanted to....

Cons: Thought the $12.00 per day per person was a bit high. Not being able to go into the spa area hottub without a charge.

Recommends Norwegian Star? Yes!

Ship Quality
Nice layout. Wish we could have been able to go to the spa hottubs without a charge.
Food and Dining

We both were very relaxed and felt at home.
Service and Staff
Most were wonderful.
Entertainment
Great shows, had a blast.
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico
Liked it. Many sites to see but if you wanted to do a excursion and see the town felt you didn't have enough time. Not at nice as Cabo....
Cabo San Lucas, Mexico
Loved Cabo!!!! The lover's beach, beautiful. A small restaurant on just the outside of the center called the Captains Table, great empanadas, go see Nacho....
Don't Miss: Lover's Beach
