Very nice and modern ship. This is a safe family environment. We could relax and have fun all the time, no worries at all. The staff service is excellent and they take care of everything.

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Plenty of good food available, lots of variety. There are 4 free restaurants, and 4 specialty that charge a small fee. Norwegian Free Style means that you can eat at any time, no schedules. This is awesome.
Service is outstanding, and tips are included in the $12/day/person that the cruise charges automatically.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Lots of things to do: different shows every night at the theater, activities and parties through the day, seminars, casino, restaurants, nice areas to walk around, gym, jogging area on top of ship, swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, TV on room (although we almost didn't use it), live music (at least 3 different bands on different places), night club, and much more...
The only critic in this area is the music, the dance music in every party is practically the same style targeted for a younger audience (teens/early 20s) . In other words, a lot of remix and tecno. But this isn't a major issue, just relax, have fun, and go to dance :-)

Cabin / Stateroom

The room in the 5th floor has a very nice ocean view, is modern and clean, with queen bed, hair dryer, nice and warm shower, and plenty of storage room. Giving good rating only because it was located under a public area on the 6th floor, and at some times in was very noise above. When making the reservation, make sure to check what's above your room.
Nice small town. There are shops on the port, but they seem to be expensive. Outside is probably cheaper. We just took the chileno snorkeling tour, which was a lot of fun. But we didn't go into the city.
This is the best of the three ports. Also, weather is warmer here. Our tour guide had more than 20 years of experience, and he gave really good information. Recommended visits are the old part of town (close to the coast) , sand sculptures, and tekila factory .
Very nice old town. We visited the old part of town, which is very nice. If you know Spanish, you can probably take a cab and visit this area by yourself saving the tour cost (make some research before you go).
Also, if you want to buy some souvenirs , go to the flea market on the back of the port, it is cheaper and the carry almost the same stuff.
