Review summary
I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS CRUISE LINE TO ANYONE. THE FREESTYLE CRUISING IS A SHAM. THE FOOD IS SO BAD IN THE RESTAURANTS THAT ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR CRUISE THAT YOU FEEL YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO GET GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY OR HELPFUL. OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY FOR 2 DAYS UNTIL THE HEAD OF HOUSEKEEPING TOOK OVER AND MADE SURE WE HAD TOILET PAPER, TUB MAT. OUR MINI BAR WAS NEVER REFILLED AT ALL, AND GETTING MOTION SICKNESS PILLS THAT WERE NEEDED TO KEEP ME OUT OF MY ROOM WERE GIVEN OUT WITH A LECTURE. I WAS NEVER COMFORTABLE LIKE ON OTHER CRUISES. THERE IS ALSO A $12 A DAY CHARGE FOR EVERY GUEST INCLUDING CHILDREN THAT IS ADDED TO YOUR BILL AT THE END OF THE CRUISE. THEY ALSO ADD A 15% TIP TO THEIR ALREADY OVERPRICED DRINKS AND THEN HAVE A SPACE FOR ANOTHER TIP, WHICH SOME FRIENDS MISTAKENLY FILLED OUT, BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT BROUGHT THEIR GLASSES TO THE POOL AND WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS EARLIER. ALL AND ALL I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS CRUISE LINE TO ANYONE. THEIR ARE A LOT OF HIDDEN COSTS AND THE CREW DOES NOT EARN THEIR TIPS. THEY KNOW BEFORE THE CRUISE WHAT THEIR GETTING SO THEY HAVE THAT "I DONT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING ATTITUDE".Ship experiences
