Review summary
Compared to other cruise ships, overall facilities were ok. Seating was very limited in the dining rooms that did not require an additional fee and sometimes we had to eat outside in the cold. Ships that service Alaska should accomodate guests with enough inside seating for meals as well as provide a covered pool area. We could not use the outside pool or whirlpools due to the cold and rain. The ship appeared clean and in good condition but we were not happy to find upon boarding that they had issues with a virus and sprayed us continually to avoid it spreading. It must be an issue with this cruise line or ship because we have sailed on 10 previous cruises and did experience this issue.Ship experiences
