Review summary

We enjoyed the cruise but there were enough things wrong (poor service, noise etc) to only rate it a 3/5. The people we met on board and in port made a big difference to the success of our cruise.

We had some very good meals at the speciality restaurants but the main restaurants and Raffles were hit and miss.

We had some very good service (room staff) but mostly average.

We had to deal with rough seas and the ship and crew did a wonderful job.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had excellent care from Edmundo but on our last day we were woken up at 5 am by the maintenance staff working on the ship.

Ship tip

Watch out for the hidden costs (soda pop, water).
