Large, well equipped ship that had everything needed to spend a great week at sea. Unfortunately we cruised during Spring Break, and the crew seemed to be very unhappy to be on this cruise. Attitudes were poor and service suffered greatly. Perhaps the poor service is attibuted to the "flat rate" instead of tipping policy on boardrather than encouraging passengers to tip for services, the ship charges a flat rate per person per day. I don't think this encourages great service.
