Review summary
After being on 10 cruises, I was vrey disaapointed with the service we recieved. It seems that since the staff does not have to 'work' for their tips, they don't smile and the dinner service was very slow. We have 2 children and shouldn't have to sit in the dinning room for 2 hours waiting for food. It's necessary to go to the dinning room if you want decent food. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke so bad when we arrived. It had to be sanitized daily. 1/2 way through the cruise they provided us with a air purifier. We were not able to use the closet for clean clothes, since the smell was so bad in there. We challenged the $252 in gratuities we were charged. $12 per day for anyone over the age of 3. I feel I serviced my children more than the staff did, and we received horrible service all week. Bermuda is beautiful and the weather was great...so we had a great time anyway. You should have a good time as long as your expectations are not too high. Our next cruise will not be with Norwegian!Ship experiences
