Review summary

The ship was neat and clean. Public restrooms were kept spotless and easy to locate. Food was good but not exceptional. Our stateroom was kept clean. The entertainment and shows were good but lacked variety. The staff and crew were friendly and helpful. A couple of the crewmembers went out of their way to help us.

We had an excellent stay in Bermuda. The bus/ferry passes were a great bargain. Food is very expensive so it was great to have the ship to return to for most meals. We took the bus from ST. George to Hamilton...very comfortable, air conditioned..a great ride. We took the bus from the Docks to Hamilton...it was not air conditioned and very hot and crowded...however, it was 8AM and was being used by the local residents to go to work etc. I don't know why the air conditioner wasn't on. Both bus rides were very scenic and beautiful. The ferries are comfortable, air conditioned and a great bargain. Shopping is great if you like jewelry, perfume and ceramics. The tram around the dock area is free and a good way to get around the area.

Pros: The staff was very helpful and polite.

Cons: There was only one small eating place open late hours; very crowded and menu very limited.
