The staff was very friendly and they made the entire cruise experience fun and relaxing. The shows were great and the food was also delicious! We especially liked the fact that we could dine at anytime and on our own. No assigned times or seats. Having unlimited drinks was also a big plus and we got to simply enjoy our time without fussing about spending extra.

This was our 1st cruise.  We had an excellent time.  Our favorite was the dinner in the Crossings.  Our head waitress "Ni" was just amazing.  We asked for her every night.  Great job Norwegian.

The cruise was fantastic especially being all inclusive.  I do have a problem when I booked the cruise I was suppose to have a 50.00 on board credit and I did not receive it

The Special dining was good, the bar runners at the pool were great, the days we had ports the ship was better, the day at sea was the worst cruise experience I've ever had. I would have enjoyed a lifeboat off a sinking ship better. The cruise was so over booked you could not sit and attend any evenning entertainment. Our room with a Balcony was given away to someone else, even though it was Gaurenteed and we booked the cruise 6 weeks out. Like the majority of this cruise we were jammed into what they offered like sardines in a can. To bad there isn't a negative number to give this ship and company.

Love the all inclusive, really friendly staff, and cleanness of the ship. In the ship not much to do, couple of store, and only 2 main elevator which takes forever to go up and down. 

I'll try to be brief: staff was extremely condescending. Staff also needs to be trained properly in all procedures. Bars/restaurants/buffets were constantly closed (including the infirmary??? shouldn't that be 24hrs???). And worst of all my 80yr old father was quarentined on Christmas Day because of a stomach ache. A STOMACH ACHE!!! I didn't know there was an issue until I came back from the private island at 3pm to learn that he and his elderly wife had been isolated in their room since 8am with no food or drink. So for 7hrs the crew never even checked in on them. It was poorly handled and definitely made our entire experience the worst Christmas ever. Not only that but it was our first cruise. Needless to say we don't ever want to cruise again. 

The food was great. They readily made accommodations for vegetarian diets.  THe rooms were small, but that's to be expected. The staff were extremely friendly. We made it a point to speak with them and get to know a few of them.

You definitely get your moneys worth on this cruise. Travel, food, drinks, lodging all for under $500? Can't beat that price anywhere.    We'll be taking more for sure.

Most of the staff is very nice, with the exception of the bartenders by the pool, I guess they are not happy that now all drinks are free. Which I think is a great thing! Food is very good, but not outstanding. Perhaps the only low point is the ship itself, which is pretty old and looks outdated. Not enough hot tubs or pool entertainment. This ship should be retired.

Stirrup Key end up being a nice surprice, the beach fantastic and the best of the ones we visited. Being the others the one in Nassau next to Atlantis and the one in Freeport Grand Bahama.

This one in Stirrup Key was beautiful, the sand perfect and the beach with no waves at all, perfect to relax and enjoy a magnificent day.

I word of caution, be aware of the taxi dirvers in Freeport. They tell you they will charge you 4 USD to take to the beach and 4 to take you back to the ship, but once you are on the beach the say it's 7USD each way, so you have to pay. Similar treatment in Nassau to take you to Atlantis.

In Freeport the taxis are falling apart. The one we took broke down just 200 meters afer we took it. So we were 'lucky' that it broke down next to the parking lot where the taxi drivers have extra minivans. So our taxi driver remove the battery of the van where we were and install it in another van that look far worse than the one we were in. The taxi driver was friendly, though. But I guess there is not safety laws in the Bahamas to protect passengers and the experience seemed funny to him.

So my advice, hire your excursions on the ship. You won't save much going on your own and you are risking your integrity.

Norwegian Sky has plenty of activities to do on the ship. The staff was very polite, helpful and kept things entertaining. The ship was very clean and had a stellar appearance. However, some of the excursions need some improvements. On the trip to Atlantis the transportation wasn’t organized leaving the guest confused on which shuttle to get on, and eventually crammed into a shuttle. While at Atlantis the tour guide rush the group through the tour as if she was running late for something. The guide didn’t allow enough time for questions or pictures and seemed to be way ahead of the other tour groups that started before us. For the ATV excursion, the ATV rides themselves was awesome but, once we were done the group was taken to a  botanical garden and had to wait for a hour when it only took 10 -15 minutes to walk around the entire garden. If you elected to return to the ship there wasn’t an option to do so because there was only one shuttle and driver rotating from group to group. The excursion package included a beach party at the end of the day. When we arrived at the beach there where beach chairs directly placed in the sun and we was charge three dollars for a beach umbrella. All guests sat in the sun for an hour and a half with no party and no music. The restaurant was closed and host who sat behind a bench and mini bar showed a full menu but for a hefty price would only offer hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and selected mixed drinks. The whole time we were there vendors tried to up sale their merchandise and when we said, “No thanks!” vendors would send little children up to us with the same merchandise from earlier. In our opinion the ATV package should have the option to return to the ship via shuttle instead of two- three hours of waiting in a garden and scorning on a beach. If it wasn’t for the ATV rides and the pleasant shuttle driver the excursion would have been disappointing.

Norwegian Sky is kind of old. The facility shows its age, and the entertainment is poor. There is no one organizing any dancing on the top floor. The show is boring.

It is nice to include all the alcohol drinks. But it is outrageous to charge $5.95 for each 1L bottle of water.

This is my second time cruising with this line and I feel like they like to cater to partiers. If that's what you want then book it. I'm repeatedly disappointed with the lack of clean entertainment and activities, it's always overtly sexual and raunchy, not my style. This cruise had an open bar and definitely catered to those who want to be drunk all the time. We were supposed to have a room with a pull down twin size bunk on the wall for my 16 year old son, but instead all we had was a miniature pull out sofa bed in which his feet hung over the edge.

Free alcohol and food. Were can you go wrong with that! The only frown for me was that they allowed smoking inside the shop. (they were not supposed too).

Smelled like smoke and effected my breathing.

The best part of the cruise is the free style dining and beverages included. No need to have room key scanned for every drink. The activities were entertaining and great. The entertainers were talented and funny. The DJ was one of the best we've experienced. We danced all night every night..

I highly recommend NCL cruises. We prefer 7 day but this shorter one was outstanding as well.

The free drinks and food paid for the cruise almost two times over. It was amazing not a lot of kids and you meet lots of good people. Freeport isn't the best by far but Nassau and the private island are certainly worth it

This is an incredible value with all drinks included. The gins were Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire which was better than I expected. 

This is a smaller ship so there are fewer people to load. We did not have to wait in lines hardly at all.

I felt the beds were really comfortable. The rooms are small but that's to be expected. We had a window room and loved the view.

There was a lot of food that didn't appeal to me on the buffets but then I'm picky. Our dinner at Cagney's was superb, however. Very much worth the extra expense.

While lder and not as fancy as many ships, The Sky has lovely dining rooms, outdoor spaces and is easy to get from end to end. The food and service is excellent. Staterooms are small and plain but for a short cruise they are serviceable. Itinerary is okay if you like the Bahamas. Freeport is the least attractive port.

It started out well until we got left in Nassau bahamas after my father was in a hit and run nothing was done for us we dont have passport we are still here they basically ask me very rudely to pack my stuff and that was it because they had to go my father suffered a collapsed lung and also has a heart condition prior to this so im extremely worried about that i have been sleeping in hospital since wed12/14 and had my first shower Saturday its Christmas time and we was left her as if we are nothing i dont understand how they can leave paying customers like that we have no more funds because of the hospital bills my fathers ins was not accept here

We loved the ease of travel.  Someone to organize all the extra activities onboard and off at the ports.  We took advantage of a shore excursion that was awesome in Nassau.  

I will say this was a rotten time of year to plan a trip. We had nothing but rain and wind except for about 8 hours. That did not stop the fun! We had an amazing concierge that was always ready to do what needed to be done to get us reservations. We had our day on the private island cancel because of wind and then our private charter fishing/snorkeling trip because of rough seas. So we did the swim with the dolphins. 

We had an after penthouse suite and I highly recommend this upgrade. We had a huge balcony and our room was incredible. Our butler made sure we always had what we requested and we were so far from the elevators that we had no noise. 

Now there were 2 downsides... its an older ship and there was some smell. Pretty terrible right after we set sail but it cleared up quickly and then the bathrooms had some slight smell buy the poo-pouri stuff you can buy online fixes it. The other one is not a downside unless your traveling with kids. This is NOT THE SHIP FOR THEM. It's free booze for a reason and I saw some things I can't unsee because that type of atmosphere lowers how people dress (or raises it, however you choose to look at it). 

The entire crew had a wonderful attitude and even though the ship rocked and swayed and the unprepared became ill... they laughed and joked and told stories of other ships and rough sees and so on. This was our first cruise and we have already taken a second (2 weeks after this one) and for the kidless or parents that need a short get away this one was great. 

The crew and support staff made my wife snd I feel like we were the King and Queen. We had plenty of stuff to do. Nassau was a blast. Tons of shopping and the people were very helpful. The spa was amazing. We had a couples Swedish massage and it was amazing.  But what made the cruise was the crew on the ship. From the Captain to the room attendants they all made sure that we had a wonderful experience
