It was very nice and wonderful although it was first cruise trip for my family. Everything is good except uninformed fee(daily service chager per person; $22*4person*3night). But my family is satisfied and happy with this traved experience. Thanks again.

It’s our first experience in a cruise and it was wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed to listen music and dance. My daughter was very happy with the activities for her age and the pools . We had the best vacations.

It was a very relaxing cruise for us.It was nice to see many families aboard.

We booked a pre vacation before Christmas. We loved every minute of it. Looking forward to booking again.0

My husband and I needed a quick getaway from the stresses of work and this sailing fit the bill! In fact, when it came to the end we were bummed! We also liked the included beverage package -- that was a nice touch and made the cruise even more stress free.

One negative point about this Cruise is i did not come across one working Soap Dispenser in the Restrooms.

This is our second trip to Cuba and we knew what to expect when we arrived (ie not pristine!). We used NCL on our around Hawaii tour a few years ago and had a great trip. We were expecting the same great service, but the ship and service was not quite up to what we expected. We had a great time and enjoyed the cruise but thought we were not "pampered" as much for the price we paid.

Great cruise but went by to quick. Food was ok and entertainment was ok but staff was wonderful. Would like to try a bigger ship from Norwegian....

My sister's first cruise. Last minute planning but had a perfect cabin. Only disappointment was water not included in beverage package. Otherwise a perfect vacation.

We really enjoyed our mini getaway on this 3 night cruise. The open bar and selection of restaurants on board along with the entertainment made this a very good deal.

This was our first experience on Norwegian line and it was Awesome! Everything was just fine, we liked it so m much and we'll take another one in the future for sure

Wonderful! The staff was very friendly. This was the first cruise my son and I took and we will definately do it again. The food, entertainment was fabulous. there was so much to do on the ship.

It was fun! We enjoyed all the activities on board including the quiet areas. The ports were nice. We chose not to plan excursions but will next time.

The cruise overall was nice. We noticed on multiple occasions throughout the week that we were treated differently from other guests. There would be servers walk right up to a table next to ours and not even look twice at us to ask us if we TOO needed or wanted a refill. This happened multiple times by the pool as well as the time we spent at Dazzles. I waited patiently, attempting to make eye contact each time and was never acknowledged. I had to wave my hand and yell excuse me to even get noticed. I grew up in a military family overseas, so imagine my excitement when I saw how diverse the staff was. I really wasn't expecting to be treated the way we were. This was my husbands first cruise. And after this he said it's his last, at least with this cruise line.

It was very nice overall. Staff was very nice and friendly though bar service and bartenders favored younger adults over older adults. Food was excellent!

I had a nice time onboard the ship but have to say that there was a Miss Norwegian Sky beauty contest on the pool deck that nearly turned into a riot.

It was ok ...... Chaney’s stake house was good ..... spa was horrible Very noisy during a bamboo massage and the during pedi and mani Treatment it was very disorganized and unprofessional

Norwegian is a good value for the money and a great way to get to Havana. Plan carefully and you'll have a wonderful time. Be kind to everyone you meet and you'll receive the same in return. Norwegian does a great job of keeping everyone happy. I would encourage everyone to try one of the specialty restaurants for a memorable evening.
