You have to pay a small fee in the specialty dining!

Food is complimentary except in specialty restaurants. Not sure what you meant about food not being complimentary.

Will be taking this cruise for the 2nd time in Jan, food was decent for me & im very picky, “trust me ask my wife”. As for the specialty restaurants from conversations with other guess who paid the extra cost, these restaurants were phenomenal... sorry you had a bad experience.
