Customer service was very good. The crew was great.

We love cruising but would not do it on the Norweigan Sky again. Food was the same every meal and the strawberries and blueberries we mushy (for example)., The people on board were very nice and the shows were also good, We enjoyed the comedian very much until the last (adults only) show and we felt it was very degrading and offensive to women, We definitely will cruise again but not on the Sky.

As an experienced cruiser, I found the Sky \"average\". It was comfortable for an older ship, they must have re done her since my last trip on her 7 yrs ago.

Comparing to the previous NCL cruise we had, the food and entertainment are not as good. But with the cost of the cruise considered, this is still a very good value and enjoyable cruise.

ship is cut up, requiring up and down trips to get to some locations....never saw the cabin steward; a first in10+ cruises. shore excursion in Freeport was very ordinary...nothing special. understood we would get $25 credit per room....haven't seen it yet.....food was fine....Joe, waiter in Crossroads was great

I was not impressed with this ship or the staff on board. My room was dirty when I arrived and I had to ask to have it cleaned 2 of the 4 day's. The staff seemed unfriendly and you always had to wait at the buffet for someone to cut the meat they were serving or get soup or oatmeal. However, I did enjoy the ports they offer and the fact you were not confined to the ship on any given day.

Ship was quite nice. Dining room was maybe a little on the small side, leading to more lines than I care for. The theater for shows was also a bit cramped.

had a great trip. Everything was well done. Service and activities were great. Food was very good, but no variety in buffet. The elevators were really slow and always lines. Excursions were well done - Atlantis was NOT worth visiting! A couple of things were taken from my suitcase - travel iron and small Xmas tree. No explanation - maybe because they were electric?? Nothing stated in what not to bring, so I'm not sure what the problem was.

Quality food, clean accommodations and overall well kept ship.

We had the BEST time, I can't thank the staff of the Sky enough for making our family cruise the Best Ever! we will be back. Friendly, professional staff; awesome entertainment; wonderful private island resort.

We did a back to back cruises, the cabins are smaller than most, are really dated by decor, and the bathrooms are worn out. lots of caulking on the floors, around shower, etc. rusty screws, on this cruise we got a bigger cabin, it had a small couch in the room, in our other room there was just the bed, no room to move around at all.

The food, room service, restaurants are very good!

This was our third cruise (2nd with Norwegian) and I have to say, we had a fabulous time! The ship was beautiful. It looked updated and I didn't notice anything worn or outdated. The service from every person we encountered--room staff, front desk staff, dining staff, concierge, etc. were all top notch. We splurged on an aft penthouse suite for this shorter cruise and it was worth every penny. Both the room itself and the perks were sooo worth it! Aside from the stop in Freeport (which is a dump! Plan on doing at-sea excursions that day), we loved the cruise and didn't want it to end. (Also, Compared to our Celebrity cruise, this one was superior in every way.)

The on-boarding experience in Miami was organized. The ship was well maintained. The staff was good and efficient, just not overly friendly.The food was good and plentiful. The entertainment was good. Probably the best excursion was the private island - and we had a cabana, which was well worth the money. It was beautiful there, and the service with the cabana was excellent. We did Atlantis, during the stop in Nassau, and that was fun and not nearly as crowded as we anticipated. It's pricey, but a must-do (especially if you have kids) if you've never been to Atlantis. Freeport could be left off the itinerary, as far as my wife and I were concerned. But in fairness to Freeport, we just browsed around the shops and had lunch at a local restaurant which was decent, and the weather was just blah, so others may have a brighter opinion of Freeport.

All in all, it was a nice vacation at a time of year when we really needed it. You will not be disappointed with this cruise, or ship. You just might not be "wowed".

This was my first cruise and I was very disapointed with how the staff was. They were not friendly and when I ask about getting a sandwich for dinner instead of what was on the buffet they said no. They di not announce that you had to go and get speical luggage tags the night before depature and when soeone mentioned after midnight the line was forever long and only had 3 workers trying to help hundreds of guest.

A good well maintained older ship. Not fancy but certainly clean and comfortable. Perfect for a short getaway to the Bahamas, or for the first time cruiser.

Cruised Nor. Sky, first time cruise. Nothing to compare to but ill get to the point. Ship was well organized, clean room, very polite staff, food was good,not over the top but worth the money, ship lay out was good but it took about 3 days to get the layout figured out

Simply the best .

The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. The food is very good in the main dinning, specialty restaurants and the bouffe. The organization is amazing, everything is clean, you don't have to wait for anything, not to get into the ship neither to get out. I highly recommend this trip is you want to get rest and not to have to dress up or have an schedule. The entertainment for me was very poor....

I tried to write a thoughtful review. It took some time to cover all the topics. When I went to save, it timed me out and lost everything. Fool me once, shame on you.
