The sky is a older ship but it is an amazing ship. The staff is great and you will enjoy every moment.

For our first cruise it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and help full. The weather was nice and warm. We are ready to go back already.

Great cruise for a first timer, as we had a first time cruising with us.

Have been on 15 plus cruises over the years and this one was nothing special. It was a last minute trip to enjoy some warmer temps and sun. We were able to accomplish our initial goal.

My only complaint about the whole cruise was our Great Stirrup Cay day! We should have stayed in the boat , but my husband had never seen it before! I went there on the Epic and there was such a long wait!

If you want to snorkel, February is not the right month to go to the Bahamas.

Was ok, but probably wont do a short cruise again. Living in Canada its too far to go for 4 nights

Enjoyed more than Carnival cruises, but want to try Royal Caribbean next. Disappointed in the lack of Spanish speakers onboard. Not easy finding Spanish-speaking waiters, and only the main menu came with a Spanish version; not the dessert menu. Onboard activities seemed very limited and generic. No real theme nights, parties, dance classes, or other things I was hoping for. Will study harder next time, to make sure the ship has everything I want.

This was my first cruise with Norwegian, will likely be the last for a while.

I would sail on the Sky again and visit the same ports

It's a great short first timer cruise or in our case a cruise just to escape the cold weather. I've been on Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney and now NCL. Each cruise has something to offer and each port has its own charm. I base my opinion on each cruise and not as a whole so I will definitely sail on NCL again. Hopefully this review doesn't sound all negative because I did enjoy the cruise and I tried to highlight what I liked. But a good review points out details. But as far as the Norwegian Sky, I've checked the box and it is a one and done for me.

Overall the cruise was okay. If you are a first time cruiser you may like it as you have nothing to compare it to. If you have been on other cruises, you may be disappointed. There is a lack of grandeur I guess. The decor/atrium is lacking compared to other ships. The food is just ok - fish dishes use cheap fish and not much fish. The menu catered to too many different nationalities so it limits your dish selection- lots of Indian and Jewish food. The desserts were hit or miss. The staff were all so sweet and worked so hard!! The activities were sparse and people just mainly sat by the pool. This cruise is definitely for someone wanting to just take an inexpensive cruise and get away for a few days and relax.

My sister and I had a wonderful vacation. We enjoyed exploring and sharing our time together. We had lots of fun in the different ports. We will go again on NCL but not on the sky

We booked this cruise about three weeks before embarkation because we wanted a break from winter. We returned home rested and relaxed. Mission accomplished!

Overall we had a great time. The cruise was very relaxing and the ship very comfortable for a 4 night cruise.

Had a great time. The staff was excellent and so friendly. Room was great. Food was always good. Favorite bartender: Giselle at the great outdoors bar. Favorite staff member: Bosco, head of buffet and food services.

Quick getaway, small ship, great for first timers!
