i think is a nice cruise. but all the restaurant should be free. that we do not have to paid cover fee. it will be nice.

Once we were able to access our room, we found old food in our refridgerator which was very upsetting. Other than that the room was clean.

The meals on the ship were always cold, and lunch was always the same hamburgers and hot dogs. We were stuck on the ship for one day due to bad weather and the television channels were horrible. The staff was not clear enough on directions, but instead were trying to sell you Bud Light Lime and extra Bingo! The wait staff took 20 minutes in between serving appetizers and entree and entree and dessert, and were always worried more about cleaning the table than serving the meals. Also ship was very rocky and it took us a few days after to stop feeling the effects.

There were a great variety of bars such as a sports bar including foosball and other sporty features. Other bars included the outrigger lounge with a nature atmosphere.

i was very dissatisfied all and all with this cruise line due to the fact that they repaired things all around the ship with no regards at all for the inconvenience it showed the passengers! also the other fact that the cruise line did not proveide a backup island to take us to in regards to the weather. the whole reason for booking this cruise was to enjoy myself along with my child and that was even difficult to do. due to the fact of their repairing the steps around the kiddie pool, it bought alot of hornets in which im allergic to. totally very dissatisfied.

the table hosts in both dining rooms were rude. I think the reason they are so rude is because of freestyle dining the waiters have nothing to strive for I personly would not cruise NCL again

Beautiful ship however customer service is lacking.

This was my first cruise and I went because I had heard so many great things about the food and service and overall experience. I must say the only really exceptional meal we had was the one we paid a service charge for. The rest of the food was average at best. The kid friendly environment consisted of a Kid's Korner were parents could dump their kids for hours on end. The staff were very friendly and my children had a good time when they were there but I was interested in vacationing WITH them not leaving them somewhere. The kid's pool was a 2 foot deep area with a hot tub that was working only one day I was on board. The saving factors onboard were: 1. The steward that left creative towel animals in the room for the kids. 2. The restaurant staff that were very friendly and helpful. 3. The excursion crew that helped up with landings.

It was seven of us in the party, and everybody had a great time! Clean ship, friendly staff and great food. Too bad we didn't stop at Stirrup Cay ( bad weather). definitely recommend!!!

is the perfect balance of cost and time. i have been to a few others cruises and this one was very good.

I have cruised on other lines before and found them to be more opulent, had more entertainment choices, more shopping, better amenities, friendlier crew and better food. The better restaurants on the ship were booked and the only alternative was the main dining room or the buffet which were poor. Poor quality food and the wait staff was unfriendly and unmotivated.

This was our first cruise and we (me and my hubby ) enjoyed it very nicely.....we had a gr8 time there........

It is obvious that this ship has done its stint in Hawaii and was reconditioned for the Carribean. This was my nineth cruise on NCL. The rooms on this ship are very small. However, the staff more than makes up for any inconvenience by their friendliness and catering to your every whim. They have a wonderful staff on this ship. The ship is clean. It seemed like every time I stepped out of my cabin at any time of day, by the time I returned our steward had already cleaned up after me--ah, vacation ! My only negative, and it isn't selective to this ship, is that the entertainment is not near the quality or diversity that it was when we started sailing in 2001.

The ship was very nicely laid out for a smaller ship. The lounges were plentyfull though smaller than lager ships. this was not neccessarily and bad thing it made them more cozy. The ship being smaller made it easy to get around. The cruise director and staff which can make or break a cruise was excellent. The cruise director Matt was very energetic, funny and amiable which seemed to transfer to his staff. I been on many cruises 40 + and a bad staff can ruin a trip. Boarding was quite easy. ther were many efficient people working checkin. And, disembarqing was the best experience in all my years of cruising. Cruising NCL was a great experience.

The ship appeared clean and attractive, but the stateroom was so small that I literally had to crawl over the bed to get out of bed.

The cruise was very good, but the system has to be fixed. There were lines in the restaurant at dinner time and they took forever to bring the food

The ship is really huge. Compared to Carnival the service is really poor, you have to constantly ask for something. The only free beverage is Water or Iced Tea, which is really bad. They don't clean as much as Carnival, garbage was on the floor. It was boring through times, they take the food off the buffet real early, you don't have enough options only hamburger and hotdogs. The Sports Bar is a good option for food and is open until late. Really nice to get in and out of the ship, no lines. The Kid Corner is great for the kids, specially the male teachers, they are great.

We thought that the cruise was wonderfull.Everything is on time, clean,confortable....etc....AMAZING TRIP WE NEVER FORGOT!
