Review summary

Despite multiple attempts to contact Katty Byrd, Vice President of Guest Services, about these issues, I have not received a response. Based on my experience, I caution others to be wary of this ship, if not the entire cruise line.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Th food was repetitive and bland. Your served Chicken and Tilapia drenched in different tasteless sauces EVERY single night. Dried out rubbery hot dogs and hamburgers from the grill each day.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
The cruise director appeared more focused on being a game show host and Broadway performer than providing quality entertainment and activities for guests

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Boring poolside entertainment; Band played the same old reggae songs each day. The DJ took more than 15 minutes of his 1-2 hour set to set up and could not mix from one song to another in the night club.. too many abrupt starts and stop between the songs

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

We arrived at the port and departed much earlier than anticipated, between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. This limited timeframe did not allow me sufficient opportunity to fully explore and enjoy what the port had to offer.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Upon disembarkation, one of my bags was missing, despite being properly tagged and placed outside my room as instructed. Although port staff assisted with a thorough search, the bag was not found, and I completed a lost luggage form. The two-hour search caused us to miss our $50 cruise transfer, requiring us to take an Uber to catch our flight.
