I think you can determine the overall review putting more weight than anything on the swimming with the pigs excursion.
Embarkation

More needs to be done to accomate people in wheel chairs. The crew seems either unempathetic or uncaring, which doesn't sit well with the relatives of people with special needs.

The buffets were passable. The specialty restaurants were better and the service in those restaurants was excellent. Too many lines, too long of lines, the omelet station was subpar.

The crew was excellent. They are trying their best and not at fault for anything that might not be up to par.

The bed was nice, room was clean, shower was OK, shower head was broken, would not stay up. The service folks were awesome taking care of room needs.
The island experience was not pleasurable. It's a tourist trap and the locals are not the most service oriented folks we met. We went on the swimming with the pigs excursion. That was a complete waste of money. The ferry ride to the island was good. The swimming with the pigs was not a success, as the pigs did not swim, but did have explosive diarrhea, which made the experience off-putting. The trip back was interrupted by a hurricane that cause us to have to sit idely because of lack of visibility while the ferry was sand blasted by hail. Which cause me to have some uncomfortable welps for the next couple of hours. The walk back to the ship is also embarrassingly incovenient. They made us walk to the end of the port entry, instead of allowing us to enter at the closest gate, for no apparent reason. This excursion has been a great tale to tell friends and family, which does not motivate any of them to want to go on this cruise.
