Reason for low marks is because we never made it to Cuba due to travel restrictions. I’ve not had the pleasure of this cruise line as of yet and looking forward to possibly cruising in the near future... the ratings field were required, so not against Ncl

I wasn’t able to take the survey because I wasn’t able to cruise to Cuba based on the travel restrictions that was applied on June 5th which was very disappointing.... No fault of the cruise line So I am looking forward to a future cruise at a later date

I I understand your frustration but you are still giving a bad review to the cruise line with your 1 star. Not really fair. It's not their fault that the itinerary to Cuba was canceled. I also had a cruise booked on Royal Caribbean that was canceled but I'm not going to give them a bad review for something that was out of this control.
