Review summary

Ports of Call Nice,Havana Cuba 🇨🇺 was so Amazing. The culture and people was so much like I thought it would be. I Appreciate their Culture. Great stirrup cay was 👍, However NCL, Closed the Main Beach Bar (1/12) hours early. People were very upset, including me. The weather was Great, great beach day 🏖 🍹🍻.

Bar Tender, Santos was/ is a very Friendly & Professional 1st Class employee. He made us feel very welcomed & special. The music at this venue was great too I’m speaking from experience, my 37th Cruise 🚢. My age 57. Many thanks & Blessings to Santos & Putu , Atrium Bar Tenders.

We & others are Very, Very upset 😡 I😡, That NCL “CHEATED” US. 2, 000 Cruises. Of (4) hours of Port/ Land touring time in Havana 🇨🇺Cuba. NCL reason was some B.S. reason. Pre-Cruise notifications. they gave us. Their reason Contradicted everything that Actually happened. NCL needs to Polish up their Client Service.

Toilet maintenance team is the worst ever!! I almost fell down while stepping into the flooding toilet on 6/F just besides the Stardust. No warning sign was put outside the toilet.Once I opened the door & stepped in,it’s so slippery & made my body all wet
