Guest toilets are either flooded or clogged and slippery (problems not only for 1 toilet but several ). The worst one is besides Stardust. I almost fully fell down on the flooding floor of this toilet on the 2nd night when I stepped into it. No warning sign was being put outside the toilet. I opened the door and stepped in, I was slippery down and my pants and feet all got wet. I stepped out and let nearby staff knew about the case, in fact, they knew the toilet was flooded before I stepped in but just no one care to put the warning sign or locked up the toilet to avoid accident happened to guests. My god.... what’s a bad management! I went down to the service counter and requested to make complaint with the Manager but the staff at front desk just want me to tell him the case without letting me to talk with the Manager. Therefore, I could only let that staff know they should find someone repair the toilet and put warning sign outside the toilet. Without having any apology from the cruise staff, I could only go back to my room to wash my feet and put on the dry and clean clothes instead. So disapponting on Norweign Sky!!!!!! We paid higher gratuities for Sky than others but having such a poor service!!! I have been cruising for 15 times but Norwegian Sky is the worst one that I ever had!
