I've sailed RC and Princess. Princess was "classiest," but both were enjoyable. I'm on NCL for the first time next week. I've never sailed Carnival, but reviews suggest it is full of young children (mine are grown, so I wish to avoid that scene...) and most don't describe Carnival as "classy" at all.
