I don’t drink so the endless alcohol is not reflected in this review. I had to spend money two nights for dinner. There was no 24 hour food service (even if only pizza and burgers).

I found staff to not be welcoming (with the exception of our waitress at the steak restaurant.)

Ship was very outdated! Only one outlet for charging cell and tablets; carpet in several areas on the ship was leaking; movie selection limited and should have been increased when the second day was canceled. WiFi costs were excessive but still prohibited streaming and watching movies.

Steward never made animal towels I’d kept hearing about, wasn’t thoroughly cleaned each day

Ship tip

I’d heard the food selection on Norwegian cruises was on another level. I was very disappointed that I had to spend money to get a satisfying dinner. Only cruise I’ve ever taken that didn’t have all you desire lobster (for free!)

My comments are for future consumers. I’ve communicated my disappointment directly to the cruise line.

Again, I stated I chose to pay for dinner because the selections that were part of our cruise payment were lacking. You’re assuming I didn’t express my disappointment. I did, I’m simply respond to the cruise line’s request to submit a review.

Thanks for the added clarity. So the dinner issue was your personal choice as opposed to a cruise line failure to provide meal options. And if you are not getting good service from your steward, by all means speak up to the hotel officer. They should fix any shortcomings.

I mean either the ceiling in large traffic area near steps was leaking or pipes underneath. The carpet was revealing the leak. Of course carpet doesn’t leak. The towel animal was not a deal breaker. I mention it because many have made comments another them to me when they discussed their cabin’s presentation. Yes, I attended dinner in a timely fashion. As a matter of fact, it was for the first setting. The selection or lack thereof was why I opted to purchase dinner in the Italian and steak restaurants.

How does a carpet leak? What do you mean you "had to purchase dinner on two nights?" Were you not on-board at normal dinner service times? Did you ask your steward for a towel animal? Just not enough details for the claims.
