Much better then I expected. my first Norwegin cruise. Free drinks were not watered down. never had to wait more then 5 minutes for a drink

The food at the buffet was just OK the dining room food was much better. Freestyle dining and cruising was a plus. No problems with seating. casual dress code was also a plus. No problem getting cocktails even with the open bar. however this ship, because of the open bar, charges and extra $5 per person per night gratuity. That is an extra $40 bucks. This helps to offset the so called free open bar. Gratuities are $18.99 per Person per night compared to $13.99 on all their other ships

The dancing and singing shows were very good, Cruise director, Philly Joel was just ok. I did not think the comic was that funny the High energy Rock show was excellent. Those kids really worked up a sweat

Read some reviews on the poor ship conditions. I did not have any issues. very clean and not out dated at all. Pleasently suprised.

bed was very comfortable. room was pretty good size. location was great, right outside of the elevators and 3 flights up from the sports bar and buffet
Ship tip
Bring large drinking cups with lids. altough soda was free. they only poured you a small glass and not give you cans. They do not give you bottled water. they want you to buy the water package which was expensive
So glad to hear that, my wife and I are thinking about another cruise line instead of Carvinal for a change. We love Carnival but to try another. The price difference is hard to adjust to. 😋😋
