Review summary

Food overall was ok. I believe they figured people drinking do not require good food. Service from wait staff, not many smiles, and don't go out of their way. They don't wash tables, just pick up used dishes.

Just got off the jade, it was the same. We didn't like the food, the staff was unfriendly. No one waited on you by the pool, this is my 3rd NCl cruise never unhappy before. We will never sail on the jade again
