AMAZING! NCL staff & food were all awesome. It was our first cruise, but we feel it could not have gone any smoother. NCL should be very proud of all of their staffs amazing dedication to their jobs. Well done crew!

This was Cagneys. Always AMAZING food & service @ all meals. Never had an issue getting a seat. They even sang “let me call you sweetheart to us on our Anniversary”. We also tried The Palace & The Crossings. The food & the service @ all the resturants were impeccable.
The buffet food was good,but could use a change of variety each day.

Ship was spotless the entire cruise 24/7. They were constantly having you use hand sanitizer & the cleaning crews were always busy & working hard.

Ships design was a lil hard to figure out, but once you got it figured out you were good. Staff were always very helpful with directions.
The ONLY bad part of our trip was the shower did not drain fast enough & kept over flowing onto the floor. The shower curtain was velcroed on & kept falling off. The shower TOO small.

AMAZING! Every time we stepped out they went in & straightened it up. Service could not have been better. Loved the towel animals. Room was always spotless.
Ship tip
Go to NCLs web page & thoroughly examine shop map,resturants etc.. know what your package includes. I also found many great tips on shipmate & pinterest for cruising.
Port was run down & looked unsafe. That being said. We did the my Bahamas house excursion & it was very nice, but we were escorted to & from & watched over by their staff the entire time.
Bought the explore Atlantis & Aquarium excursions. Stood in line an hour to get on a shuttle that had 0 leg room & the driver did not give us an Atlantis map like the other shuttles in our group did. Very rude man led us the very long way to the beach. He did not want to answer any questions. The Atlantis hotel staff were rude to cruise ship passengers. It was mostly just a big over priced shopping mall inside. The aquarium was a JOKE. The Bass Pro in Springfield has a newer,way bigger & certainly 10xs better Aquarium. We ended up paying for a taxi & going back to the ship in an hr. Would not recommend this excursion. It was a rip off.
Best part of the trip. Lots to enjoy. We did the snorkeling excursion. It was fun, but the staff were not very enthusiastic about doing their job. The group made our on fun. The life gaurd was very good & helpful. When returning from snorkeling to get back to the ship the security personal & boat shuttle crew were less then friendly,but other then taht The Great Stirrup Cay was great. Buffet food exactly the same as what was on ships buffet.
Only issue with that was having to be there @7:20am to be escorted off. It was very quick & The concierge was great. Made for a long day @ the airport though. Had to get up too early. By the time we got home we had been up 20hrs.
