Awesome time, not to be missed!!!

What a great time from start to finish!!!! First off our cruise agent Beth Castle helped us through the specifics of what needs to be completed which is a little different than your average Caribbean cruise. Make sure that the travel affidavit is completed. There were some unknowns because of how new it is to everyone including Norwegian Cruiseline. Both were extremely as helpful as anyone could be. As for the cruise itself....wonderful!! Norwegian freestyle allowed you to pretty much do whatever and whenever you wanted without being on a schedule. If you have any desire to go out to Havana go now before it becomes too commercialized. Everything is still in its pristine condition. A lot of construction going on with the anticipation of what it will become. The people of Havana were the nicest people and you could tell that they took a lot of pride in their history and are very much anticipating a new chapter for their country. My wife and I did 2 excursions "The Parisien Cabaret at the Hotel Nacional" and "Modern Havana in a American Classic". Both were very good but we really enjoyed Modern Havana in an old classic car. If you enjoy old classic cars and having a tour guide giving you a running history of all the sites as well as adding a bit of humor ..this is the s***! The Parisien offered a Vegas style show that had a magician, acrobats, a salsa drummer and last but not least a great show with multiple costume changes, dancin and great singing. As for Havana, you can roam around, take a classic car taxi, take a horse buggy or just do it the old fashioned way and walk through the town. Don't miss walking down Obispo St, very good people watching as well as shops for the wife!! When we went to Great Stirrup Cay we did the Wave Runner excursion.. another awesome time. Right after we finished we had a great lunch that was served and then just laid on the beach soaking up the sun relaxing and realizing just how great this was. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
