Review summary

This was a great cruise! The staff was very helpful and eager to help you plan activities. We really enjoyed the balcony room; for first timers, we really wanted to get the full experience and Norwegian really was the best choice. The only issue I had, and its the reason this cruise lost a star was that we DID NOT go to all the ports we were supposed to and WERE NOT notified until we got on the ship. This was really disappointing being that we ended up spending a day on board with no extra amenities. We were supposed to go to 3 ports in the bahamas and only went to 1. With that being said, we are looking forward to going on another one. Hopefully, we will get the ports we signed up for.

we had a great time and a lot of it was due to our cabin steward. He helped us every step of the way and kept us informed of activities and dining options.

The audacity of ppl to be so shortsighted to not have read their cruise contract which spells out that which the poster is b!tching n complaining about.

Not Norwegians fault that hurricane Matthew almost wiped out Freeport so bad, that they are still trying to get it up and running, and did so much damage to G.S.C., that the renovations got pushed back a whole month. Hope you had a great time anyway.
