Review summary
The first night of the cruise the wait staff returned key cards to the wrong customers. When cards were replaced blocks were placed on the wrong cards. Charges were not reimbursed until you got off the ship. I booked a future cruise and had to fight a battle to get the 100 dollar on board credit. This cruise was all about money and profit not customer satisfaction. After returning home they placed a bunch of holds on my account which was not needed. My bill was paid in full and already processed by the bank. The cruise itself was ok but being treated like a common criminal put a damper on the fun.
