After reading all the reviews about this ship .I was surprised at the level of service we got..the food at the Palace and crossing dining was very good..Our kids and other family members ate at the buffet daily and there were no complaints about the food..The staff was over the top friendly they made it a point to remember your name..I did not get the pressure to buy upgrades on anything as a matter of fact after buying several photos and a couple of drinks my bill at the end was only $51.00 that's after my on board credit..we as a family really loved the last island great stirrup cay..so if you remember you are on vacation and treat the help the way you would want to be treated at your job you will have a good time.

we were so busy doing family stuff we did not see much.we were going to bed at 2 to 3am every night and we sill felt like we needed another day or two to do everything.

it is an older ship.but they are always painting and touching things up through outthe cruise.

we had a suite but othets in the group just had balcony rooms and those would have been great as well.You really spend little tim in your room on this cruise.
Ship tip
Pool deck 11 garden buffet is the fastest buffet lines anytime of day..talk to the staff they are very friendly and like the conversations with the guest.
BEWARE!! we stayed at the Holiday inn at the airport..two of our family members ordered pizza from one of the six flyers left under our door and later discovered that they were getting charges on their credit calls the next morning.the pizza company is the one that has the family meal deal their phone number is305-570-5014 When we called to notify Holiday Inn what had happened they said they are unaware of companies delivering pizza or flyers to their hotel..total denial..Like I said we received 6 flyers with in a 30 to 40 min time span.And they delivered the orderns to several rooms but the hotel clerks say they are unawar of there presents at the hotell!
most funthat we had off ship..however do your souvenier shopping before you get to this island not much in the way of shopping..the island is clean and you are not bomb bardded by sells pitches like on Nassau..Do bring you goggles we saw so many fish up close.Also beware of jelly fish several people got stung..lnclding 5 from our group they were every where..
