Review Summary

This was my 1st cruise experience. It was beautiful upon boarding everything was nice and organized. However, I received my luggage 6 hours upon boarding the ship. My towels and wash cloths weren't very clean. Room service was timely but the food I ordered was not completely done, my dough on my pizza still rising from the heat. Better service was given at the inclusive restaurants than the paid restaurants. Extra service charges were included that I was unaware of. We arrived to the Miami port an hour late causing me to miss my plane and nothing could be done by the crew. I had to pay another $400.00 plane ticket to get home. The transport from the ship to the airport was too tricky

My covers weren't very clean. I had spots on my sheets as well as my face cloths and towels.

Ship Tip

Eat at the Crossings Resturant, they have the best servers and food.

A lot of people hassled me to buy everything. The city wasn't all the great to be in. But it was an experience.
