Review summary

Was expecting the worst from all the other reviews that I had read for a few months. Had the most magnificent time on this ship. The most we ever had to wait in line for a meal was 10 minutes. When you go out for dinner to a rest you wait much longer. I never saw any shortage of staff. They didn’t look miserable like they disliked their jobs. Couldn’t find a seat at one bar another had a seat. Never waited to be served at any bar. By the way the ship was a capacity. Loved this ship. Might do the return transatlantic in November

Thanks for sharing. I'm on the Prima in 2024. I've read other reviews as well. I keep them in the back of my mind but go on a cruise with the plan to sit back and relax! I'm also looking forward to this one because it's my first with Norwegian.

I agree with you. We loved the Prima. It is a beautiful ship and everyone we encountered was amazing. I will agree with the comment about the Indulge needing to have more seats though. Glad you enjoyed your cruise

Thanks for sharing, happy you had such a good experience on this ship. I've sailed on her and she is a beautiful ship. My experience wasn't as glowing as yours but still it was a okay cruise. I will probably sail her again at some point.
