Overall we were happy with the food and the quality of the food. A little annoyed of when the buffets chose to close (right after everyone is required to get back on board) or the bars were not open. We had a full cruise and only some of the items were open.
Onboard Activities

We enjoyed the activities, but were upset that we paid as much as we did for the cruise and still had to pay more while on board. We never got a chance to play darts or mini golf because we didn't want to pay the extra fees.
Entertainment

The comedians were good but everything was sold out so we couldn't see anything else or we had to wait in an hour+ long line, which we did not want to do on our vacation. This is an issue for every single show on the ship.

Being that this was a new ship, I had high expectations and it was amazing overall.
Cabin / Stateroom

Overall it was good but we had issues with some banging in our room. Other than that it was good and would choose this again.
Overall this was by far the worst part of the experience. To the point extent where we may not come back on a Norwegian cruise again. We got up early to leave on time for early departure and ended up standing around for over an hour while The Haven group was released early. Even though they were supposed to be after our group based on the information that we were given. We are not the only ones disappointed in Norwegian and how they handled this. We will see if we ever decide to cruise again with Norwegian.
