I love the Prima and couldn't have had a better experience to celebrate my birthday. The staff made this cruise so much fun and took such good care of us. I loved them all. We literally heard stories from passengers that cried each evening when they got back to their cabins because they were in disbelief they were on a cruise ship that was so nice.

Check in was smooth and efficient. We were on-board in less than 30 minutes. It's my understanding NCL is going back to e-muster beginning April 1st. I'm very happy to hear that.

The food quality was the best I've experienced on a cruise ship in all restaurants. We dined in the buffet, Indulge Food Hall, The Local, Hudson's, Onda, Food Republic and Palomar.

A big variety of activities to keep you busy and entertained. There was too much to experience in just a week. There was something for everyone all week long.
Entertainment

I loved Donna Summer and Price is Right. Disco Wonderland and the Spring Break White Party in the Prima Club was so much fun! We also enjoyed Ocean Music Fest and two different comedians in the theater.
Service and Staff

Service and staff were top notch. Everyone worked so hard to make it a memorable vacation. As usual on NCL, we made so many friends with the staff. They still bring a smile to my face.
Ship Quality

The ship is stunning. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the ship's design. My only suggestion would be to make the pool accessible without having to walk through the buffet or Palomar. I found the ship easy to navigate after just a couple days. The main pool area is small but I never had an issue getting a drink, finding a lounger or getting around.
Cabin / Stateroom

We shared an interior cabin and found it spacious. The bathroom was great and I loved the shower.
Ship tip
Don't let the negative reviews influence your opinion until you experience it for yourself. I was blown away by this ship and all it has to offer. I can't wait to see what they've done even better on Viva.
We loved the Prima as well. We had a fantastic time. Too many people want to only complain. An experience is what you make of it. If you want to see the positive you will. If you want to see the negative you will.
