Review summary

Overall a very nice ship and very clean. Definitely need to address their stateroom maintenance, as we often had overflowing garbage and not towels at night. This may be due to the new one service per day (morning) on the rooms. It was difficult to find chairs that weren't reserved on the pool decks, and getting reservations for shows/restaurants was very hard as most filled very fast. The friendliness of bar staff was just average, as well as the amount of time to wait for a drink. Drink selections for the premium package was very nice. Food was excellent. Service in the restaurants was also very good. Cleanliness of ship was very good, especially very clean looking and smelling bathrooms. Overall a lot of fun and a nice ship.

The service in the restaurants was very good. The Starbucks was often understaffed during peak times - you need more than one person making drinks when its busy. Also very poor experience with the room steward and the once a day service. We often had overflowing garbage cans and no towels in the evening since they only came in the morning. Considering the hefty pre-paid service fees, this was not acceptable in our opinion.

It was a bit tight with the sofa bed opened, however the rooms were very nice and modern. Nice lighting and excellent shower/bathroom for a balcony stateroom category room

Make reservations for all shows/restaurants as soon as you can - things filled up VERY fast.

Land/sea excursion. Overpriced for what you get. Crowded and chaotic getting on the submarine for excursion. Island seems not very well maintained and not picturesque.
