Food and Dining

Part of our cruise cost included 4 meals in the speciality restaurants. Unfortunately we were only able to book 3 as the bookings went very quickly. This meant that we were restricted to eating in the Commodore Restaurant most nights - food was fine but the menu never changed so it was not a great experience. We asked customer services to find us alternatives but they could not help. Not a great dining experience. Food in the buffet was excellent with plenty of choice but finding seats was hard.

Onboard Activities

The onboard activities were often packed in to very small venues - on a transatlantic cruise people want to do quizzes but often we couldn’t get seats. Apart from the theatre there is nowhere else to comfortably take part in activities.

Entertainment

The shows were very good but were repeated so it meant that for half of the cruise there was nothing to see (unless you wanted to watch what had already been seen).

Service and Staff

Service staff l, waiters and state room steward were excellent - guest services were completely useless.

Ship was beautiful - being brand new it was immaculate but sone of the venues are too small for the activities.

Book speciality dining and entertainment as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
