Review summary

Extremely overcrowded, way too long of lines. We did not get to enjoy any of the amenities as the lines were way too long everywhere we went.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Was organized and easy to figure out.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
They were massive lines and overcrowding.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
The onboard activities compared to other times I've sailed with Norwegian were extremely lacking. And you could not even get into the pool or the hot tubs there were so many people.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The entertainment seem like it was held by high school students in a talent show.

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The staff was friendly, but extremely short staffed.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship was extremely confusing to get around because you can't go all the way through. If something's on level 6 you have to go to seven go through to the other side and then go down.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The size of the cabin was small, but it was a cruise ship. The window was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The water was hot and had good pressure.

Ship tip

Hidden fees! They charge you for everything. Every single time they swipe your card they are charging you.

Ports of call

Miami, Florida

4 out of 5
This was our leaving and returning point.

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

2 out of 5
You are literally dumped off at the docks with nothing to do. You have to do an excursion at this port.

Nassau, Bahamas

4 out of 5
You do not have to do an excursion at this point. There is plenty to do within walking distance.

Great Stirrup Cay (Cruise Line Private Island), Bahamas

1 out of 5
There was another ship there. We did not get to eat or drink as the lines were too long. They closed the food at 2:00 but the island at 5:00.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Also very organized but being my third cruise I knew what was going on. For those that was their first cruise they seem to bit confused.

Every time they swipe your card you are charged, what did you think was going to happen. Yes, as far as not being able to get through on deck 6 is because there is a restaurant there, just go up one deck, its not a hard concept.
