This is the Achilles Heel for Costa. The food was good with very limited ability to change anything. The only time you were served in the main dining room was dinner. Breakfast and lunch was a buffet style outing. At dinner you must purchase all drinks this includes water. Repeat you must pay to receive anything to drink even water.

Best in Class Room Steward was excellent. Waiters in main dining room we're very good but they needed more personnel. To few dinner was a 2 hour to two and half.

Ship is beautiful. Dinning room and buffet layout was sub par. Also their lack of staff showed in cleanness at times.

Remember this is a European Cruise Line and things will be a little different. I am English speaking and had no issues in functioning on this ship.
Excellent. Arrived the day before and stayed at the Inter City Hotel next to main Train Station. Straight shot to the terminal with City Bus Line 41 or 42. Had dinner at the Ratskeller best meal ever. Recommend.
