Review summary

We were looking forward to this cruise for so long, and thought NCL was one of the better cruise lines. Supper disappointed and will not be traveling NCL again.

Most of the staff were awesome. However, Riel in the Spinnaker Bar/Lounge, was very rude and disrespectful. Also, Emery in guest services was kind of rude as well.

There were bedbugs in one of our party’s room and were made to stay in that room because there were no other rooms available.

We sold our NCL stock even though we enjoyed our cruise on the Prima it's just not the cruise company for us.

I hated ncl, the only reason I booked again with them for January, is because it's a chartered cruise with the impratical jokers. so disappointing they picked ncl. would rather have carnal or even royal
