Food and Dining

Lot's of beef served as main course lunch and dinner at the buffet. The meat was so tough it was inedible. We did have an excellent filet mignon at Cagney's and it was 5 star. O'Sheehan's food was very good and the staff members went above and beyond.

Service and Staff

Had to request ice bucket for our room. It used to be placed automatically every day. Turn down room was uneven. I requested turn down one night and all we got was the next day's newsletter placed on our unmade bed.

Ice buckets are available upon request. It’s been that way for some time. NCL did away with twice daily room service, there is no more turn down service unless you are in The Haven.

Could easily ask for a ice bucket everyday. They stopped because they found it was an absolute waste putting ice buckets in everyone’s room everyday. Turn down was uneven you have to be joking.
