this was a sisters cruise, our cabins were extremely noisy from 11 pm - 4am!!! every night of the cruise. we went to guest services almost every day and call several times - nothing was done! we were all so sleep deprived! the staff was great, food was mostly good (except for the hair I found in my burger & reported) ship was clean and in good shape for its age! sailing & port of Bermuda-always good! I was just very disappointed...I am a loyal NCL customer, just so sad!
