Overall we had a wonderful trip. We probably would’ve liked to spend another day in warmer weather instead of going to Bar Harbor. But Maine was very pretty… just cool.

They do a lot of things outside now which was fine but there was a lot of standing, and everybody was packed together in a line. Tried to social distance but it didn’t really work

We had excellent food on the ship. We eat in the main dining room every night except for one, that night we eat in Cagneys steak House. The main dining room had some interesting Items on the menus and everything tasted delicious.
Cagney steakhouse we’re allowed an appetizer, a soup or salad, and entrée and a dessert with the dining package. The steaks were cooked perfectly and their truffle fries were excellent.

The service was wonderful as usual. I like the open kitchen. I got a fillet and my husband got a giant steak. We tried a variety of sides, and all were very good. In our package we were allowed one appetizer, a soup or salad, an entrée, and dessert I believe. Everything was delicious

Wait staff and bar staff were excellent. As well as housekeeping. They work so hard
Shout out to Darwin who always supplied us with clean towels and kept our messy bed made. And Harish in the O’sheehans bar was so nice and sweet and I always had my wine ready to go. Matthew in the indigo dining room was excellent as well, very friendly
Ship Quality

Everything was very clean but we did not like the ships layout. It just seemed very cut up and you had to cut through a lot of areas to get to other places.. We love Norwegian and love the staff so I will definitely stay with them. We will probably pick a bigger shot next time
Cabin / Stateroom

We got upgraded to a club balcony, which was nice and large. We didn’t love the way they had the closet set up because everything was very close to the bed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which was wonderful
Ship tip
It’s a great ship for a new cruisers. Very small and easy to find your way around. We met a lot of great people
We were one of the last to have our color called, and they told us to get in line and I swear we didn’t move for 30 minutes. Not sure what the issue was but it took us forever to get off the ship
